Unbeknownst to many there are many things that must be organised, prepared and arranged in order for the Notting Hill Carnival to take place, during this time many issues difficulties and challenges are overcome in order for the Carnival to take place........Carnevale Network managed to grab an interview with a Reveller and organiser who made us aware of one of such issue during the first day of Carnival on Sunday Morning.......
